Marian Rivera And Dingdong Dantes Celebrate 10 Years of Marriage
Power couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes renewed their vows at the same church they got married 10 years ago
Marriage is always a commitment and a work among couples. To be married for a decade like in the case of Modern Parenting cover stars Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, they continue to work on the relationship they’ve built.
Renewal of Vows
The couple, who married in a lavish wedding at the Immaculate Conception in Cubao in 2014, renewed their vows once more on December 30, 2024, witnessed by their two children, Zia and Sixto.
On Instagram, Marian, who wore a white dress for the renewal, wrote: “Walking down the aisle with our kids today, celebrating 10 beautiful years together. Love, GOD, and family forever!”
In a separate post, the Balota actress added: “I will always cherish our journey with God, and our beautiful children, Zia and Sixto. Salamat sa pagtupad sa pangarap ko, ang magkaroon ng Pamilya.”
Dingdong also wrote of the renewal. ” It has been a meaningful 10-year journey for us. Today, we honor those who have stood by us, prayed for us, and guided us to where we are now. As we step into the next chapters, we carry with us a stronger spirit, with His blessings forever at the center of it all.”
The actor ended his caption with #ADMG, which stands for Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam, the Latin phrase meaning “Everything is for God’s greater glory.”
In another photo, Marian captioned: ” Same-same, but different.”
Several of their friends and fans congratulated the couple in the comments section. Among those who greeted were from their glam teams, Dennis Trillo, Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, and their managements.
The tandem that works together
In May, the couple told Modern Parenting how they make their tandem both off and on-screen work, especially when parenting their two kids, Zia and Sixto.
“No matter what happens, kapag may commotion, or kahit anong nangyayari, palagi kaming magkakampi,” Marian said of dealing with their kids. “Meron kaming palaging heart-to-heart talk para makapag process kami ng mga bagay.”
Family, Marian pointed out always remains her priority despite the work offered. “Kung alam mo kung ano yung priority mo, hindi magkakagulo lahat eh. Like for example ako, priority ko talaga is my family, and everything else follows.”
For Dong, spending time with Marian is essential, just like when they shot Rewind last year.
“Na-eenjoy namin yung mga ganoong bagay. Those simple moments na kaming dalawa lang, malaking bagay yun,” he revealed.
Indeed, Marian and Dingdong have been blessed through the years. Happy anniversary to the couple!
