The Gala also coincided with another special moment—Dingdong’s 45th birthday.
On the morning of the event, he posted a photo of a quiet breakfast with Marian and the kids, writing:
“Today wasn’t promised—but He gave it: one more day, one more year. I’ll make it count.”
Days earlier, he hosted a 1920s-themed pre-birthday celebration in Parañaque with close family and friends.
“A quiet prelude to tomorrow’s main event—family dinner, good laughs, and a little Prohibition on the side,” he wrote.
During the Gala itself, the network surprised its Primetime King with a heartfelt birthday greeting, making the night even more memorable.
On Sunday, August 3, Dingdong released a short film by Nice Print, showing another birthday bash for him at a bar in a hotel in Parañaque. Some of those in attendance include Kim Atienza, his cousin Arthur Solinap, and actress Kyline Alcantara.
