Liz Uy

With the world getting faster and noisier, she focuses on connecting with her two kids: Xavi (8) and Mati (4). By letting them ask big questions and supporting them as they build confidence and emotional strength, she hopes they’ll grow up adaptable, grounded, kind, and ready for whatever the future brings. “Change is constant, the world shifts, but being honest, respectful, and true to your word will always matter. I want them to know that who they are on the inside will guide them farther than anything else,” she says.

Lizzie Lecaroz Puno

Thoughtful and purposeful—that’s the future for family banker and Coucoukini children’s swimwear founder, Lizzie. As mom to 15-month-old Clara, she aims to raise Clara that honors her individuality, not what she expects her to be. She pays attention to how her little girl’s mind works and gives her the space to grow into herself and learn from her mistakes. She hopes that Clara will grow up knowing how to adapt, stay grounded, kind, and self-aware. “These are qualities I know will carry her through anything,” shares Lizzie.

Lynell Lopez Tan

Content creator, entrepreneur and first-time mom to Raven Lyle, Lynell sees the future of family beautifully evolving. Ambition and presence can coexist—a realization she wants her son to see. She enjoys the intentionality found in slow mornings, skin-to-skin cuddles, and first milestones, hoping to show Raven also that love is in the everyday. She hopes that he also carries the spirit of humility, gratitude, and respect, no matter where life leads him. “I want him to be grounded, kind, and confident through his character. Not his accolades,” she says.

Mae Syki Young

As an OB-GYN and mother of 20-year-old triplets, Mae sees the future of family as one shaped by presence, unity, and fearless communication. She believes tomorrow’s families will thrive when parents and children can speak without hesitation and love without conditions. And the one lesson she hopes her children carry into an ever-changing world? Self-respect because with it comes worth, courage, humility, and the strength to live boldly, wisely, and true to themselves.

Together with her husband Alfred, she’s raising Andrej (4) and Ayana (2) in a home where tech literacy meets purpose. “We fuel curiosity through maker projects and family innovation sessions,” she shares, blending cybersecurity concepts with bedtime Marvel stories. For Maez, the future of family isn’t just raising tech-savvy kids—it’s nurturing critical thinkers with empathy and agency. “Our hope is they understand their success is tied to the wellbeing of others,” she says. As mother to Joaquin (20) , Monique (17) , and Thiago (2) , she brings the same intentionality into her home—creating a family culture rooted in emotional safety, authenticity, and conscious connection. Her children don’t learn from lectures but instead from the way she lives—how she chooses presence, calm, and compassion in the everyday. “My children learn not just from what I say, but from how I choose to live: choosing presence over pressure, compassion over perfection, and healing over hiding,” she shares.
