Solenn Heussaff Dresses as Encantadia’s Cassiopeia to Surprise Kids at Cribs Foundation

The mom of two dressed as Cassiopeia, her character from the show to spend time with children at Cribs Foundation—and made the visit even more magical

For many kids, Solenn Heussaff will always be familiar as Cassiopeia from Encantadia. But recently, she brought that character to life in a way that felt extra meaningful.

The actress, artist, entrepreneur, and mom of two visited Cribs Foundation dressed as Cassiopeia, spending time with the children and young girls at the center while also bringing donations with the help of her sponsors.

Wearing her goddess costume from the series, Solenn greeted the kids, posed for photos, and helped create a day filled with joy and wonder.

“Got to visit @cribsfoundationinc again, but at their new location. Met so many children and young girls that only deserve the best. If you can find it in your hearts to donate what you can,” she shared on social media, along with donation details for the foundation.

Her followers were quick to praise the gesture—not just for the donations, but for the thoughtfulness behind showing up in character.

With husband Nico Bolzico, Solenn often shares lighthearted family moments online with daughters Tili and Milli. But behind the funny videos is a parenting journey that’s relatable to many moms: joyful, messy, exhausting, and deeply rewarding all at once.

In one of her recent videos, Solenn gave followers a glimpse of everyday mom life—from staying patient through the chaos to reminding her daughters about chores. It was playful, but also refreshingly real.

Earlier this year, in an interview with Boy Abunda, Solenn opened up more candidly about parenting and how she and Nico approach raising their daughters.

“I am not very strict, pero si Nico mas strict, depending on what we’re talking about. Nutrition, super strict siya,” she shared.

She also revealed that she’s especially expressive with affection at home.

“I’m the type who talks a lot to my children. I always tell them I love them,” she said.

In fact, daughter Tili once jokingly gave her a limit: only five “I love yous” per day.

When it comes to discipline, Solenn says she’s firm but not physical. She’s also intentional about how her daughters spend their time—especially around screens.

For Solenn, childhood should still feel like childhood: playing, imagining, moving around, and being present.

She previously shared how sad it makes her feel seeing families physically together but emotionally elsewhere because everyone is glued to a device.

“Honestly, every time I see all the families having dinner together but not together… it’s really sad to look at,” she said.

Whether she’s showing up as Cassiopeia for children who need a little magic or simply navigating the everyday realities of motherhood at home, Solenn continues to remind parents that showing up matters.
