Great food, the perfect ambience, and alcohol on the menu— we’ve narrowed down the best go-to brunch spots in the metro where you can get your day drinking on. 

In contrast to the typical nightcap, there are actually a handful of parents who enjoy knocking back a few drinks way before the sun goes down, and it doesn’t necessarily make them an alcoholic. Hence, the boozy brunch. In some countries, it’s perfectly normal to have wine or beer with meals, and as with all things, anything in moderation is the way to go.  

Since we’re all itching to catch up with those we’ve missed in the past year, and more establishments have begun to open up, we’ve listed down the best places to visit for a boozy brunch with your fellow titas.

1. WILD FLOUR CAFE + BAKERY

A restaurant that needs no introduction, they have a welcoming and cozy vibe that makes everyone feel right at home. They offer a unique and interesting selection of breakfast cocktails, and they also have local craft beer on the menu — perfect for a boozy brunch.

Offering a modern spin on Spanish cuisine, this little slice of tropical heaven on earth is as charming as they come. An array of show-stopping cocktails to choose from, and beautifully plated dishes are guaranteed to get a thumbs up from every tita in town.

3. CAFE FLEUR

A charming bistro amidst what used to be Makati’s busiest nightlife hub is this hidden gem that offers a killer brunch selection. Bali feels and natural decor makes for a very relaxed setting, you can easily go from brunch to merienda without even knowing it.

4. LAS FLORES

A modern Spanish tapas bar with a luxurious feel and a menu to match it. With a full bar at your disposal and cocktails of every kind, it’s hard not to get excited over brunching and booze.

Showcasing an authentic farm-to-table experience with every meal only gets better when shared with your Tita tribe. Their brunch menu is a knockout, and they’ve got culinary gold from all over the globe— these guys aren’t playing around.
