- 1 180-gram can Century Tuna Flakes in Vegetable Oil, drained
- 1 pack seasoned seaweed snack
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ cup cabbage kimchi
Procedure:
- Place seaweed sheets on a serving platter.
- Spoon cooked rice on top of each sheet, top with cabbage kimchi and tuna.

Century Tuna Spaghetti a la Carbonara

Ingredients:
- 4 liters water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 200 grams spaghetti noodles
- egg yolks

- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 1 184-can Century Tuna Chunks in Vegetable Oil, drained (or other preferred Century Tuna variant)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Toasted focaccia as siding (optional)
Procedure:
- Boil water in a pot. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk in a bowl the egg yolks, milk, cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat butter in a sauté pan and fry onions until soft and transparent. Add mushrooms and tuna.

- Eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups cooked rice

- 1 egg – scrambled, fried, and cut into strips
Procedure:
- Using oil from the canned tuna, sauté garlic. Add carrots, then soy sauce.
- Stir in eggs and cook for a minute. Add tuna and mix well.
- Add rice, pineapple, salt, and spring onions.
- Mix well until heated through. Serve immediately with scrambled eggs on top.
