LOOK: MMFF 2023 Route on December 16
The cities of Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela serve as this year’s host for the annual Parade of Stars for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023.
Planning to catch the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 Parade of Stars? Have no fear! The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) released the route of the parade happening on December 16.
This year, the cities of Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela will serve as the host. Ten movies are participating.
The parade will start at 2 pm at Navotas Centennial Park and will end at Valenzuela’s People Park. Temporary routes have been announced by MMDA to guide those who might get stuck due to the traffic of the floats. The parade is expected to last for three hours.
Heavy traffic expected
The MMDA has advised the public to take the following routes while the parade is ongoing.
- From Malabon to Navotas, take Gov. Pascual and M. H. Del Pillar Street
- Motorists heading to Monumento may take Gov. I Santiago Road, M. H. Del Plar Street, and Samson Road.
- Motorists may also take North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) northbound and southbound.
The annual Metro Manila Film Festival will happen between December 25 to January 7, 2024.
