Celebrating Real MOMents at the Mustela Moms Meet-Up

As a way to thank moms for making the brand a part of their journey, Mustela holds a gathering to celebrate moms and their many MOMents

Motherhood can be most enjoyed with other moms in real time—something Mustela wanted moms to experience. Held last March 21 at PlayTown Kids Café in San Juan, the Mustela Moms Meet-Up brought together an inspiring mix of Mustela Mombassadors, Mom KOLs, Top Affiliates, and Active Mom Community Admins. Many were not only deeply engaged in their own parenting journeys but were also influential voices within their respective communities.

Because when the internet’s got too much noise about motherhood, real stories from real moms can be a whole lot more comforting.

A Space That Entertained Kids and Comforted Moms

When conversations go beyond the trending sharenting reel, there’s that sense of vindication and validation from hearing other moms’ experiences. Because motherhood can look too perfect on social media, listening to stories about discovering missing laundry in obscure places, a hilarious territory negotiation between siblings, or even just the struggle of trying out every skincare product to soothe our family’s skin indirectly comforts us with the words, “It’s okay; you’re not crazy.”

But with kids always running wild with energy, when do moms get the time to sit down and laugh about those MOMents?

During Moms Meet-Up, Mustela created that space where kids could be wild and moms could just be. Small talk about content and jobs became the opportunity every mom needed to be able to share real stories behind the social media persona. As the event opened with a message from Mustela’s managing directors, it set the tone for an intimate exchange as moms listened to heartfelt testimonials from few momfluencers, sharing how Mustela supported them through their motherhood journey.

From eczema flare-ups that kept babies (and moms) up all night, to the constant trial-and-error of finding the right products, everything was laid on the table. No judgment. Just a lot of love and care.

Of course, no mom event is complete without fun games, good food, and even better loot bags. Each mom went home with thoughtfully curated goodies—little reminders that the care doesn’t stop when the event ends.
