Pauleen Luna to Ice Seguerra: We Are So Blessed to Have You in Our Lives
During Ice Seguerra’s concert last October 15, Pauleen recalled her friendship with Ice when her husband, host Vic Sotto, made an appearance.
Ice Seguerra held his concert last October 15 in Solaire to mark his 35th year in showbiz. One of those who made an appearance was Eat Bulaga host Vic Sotto, who has formed a relationship with Ice since he started his career as a young child star, Aiza Seguerra. Vic has served as Ice’s father figure in showbiz.
Vic’s wife, actress, and TV host Pauleen Luna, recalled forming a friendship with Ice when she started being part of the show.
Pauleen on Vic’s relationship with Ice
On October 16, Pauleen wrote about watching Vic and Ice as a tandem. “I watched you and Vic be a tandem on screen but what people don’t know is the relationship you have when no one is watching. Sabi mo nga last night, father and son.”
“As you know, Vic isn’t the most ma-PR person in the world and that makes you more special because I see how he values you and treats you like his own. He loves you so much and I am so blessed to witness it,” she added.
Pauleen then said that Vic asked her how she and Ice became close and she said she was not sure.
“I honestly do not remember. Basta ang alam ko, suplado yan. But I felt that he liked me and na-appreciate ko yun kaya vinalue ko yung relationship. Aba, alam mo ba naman ang sabi ng tatay mo? ‘Baka type ka!'” she said in jest.

Pauleen, who continues to be part of the show, also said that she is proud of what Ice has achieved.
“Watching you pour out your heart and soul last night made me realize what a bigger star you are. On stage and off stage. Kung mag-mahal ka, kahit tao man yan o craft o ano man, you give your all. Kaya we are so blessed to have you in our lives, @iceseguerra ! Congratulations! Iba ka!”
Ice, who has since directed events and recently took part as director of Drag Race Philippines, is married to former Film Development Council chairperson Liza Diño.
