PHOTOS: Double Celebration for Scottie and Son Scot Thompson

PBA player Scottie Thompson and his son Scot Alystair had a father-and-son celebration!

We love celebrations but entering the stage of parenthood sometimes calls us to be more practical. However, practical can also be cute. Like how PBA player Scottie Thompson and his son, Scot Alystair, had a double celebration of Scottie’s 30th birthday and Scot’s Christening. Both wearing blue and white, the father and son’s double celebration was attended by many of their close friends and family.

Check out who attended the double celebration!

Some of the close friends and family that attended included Scottie’s “brothers in basketball” like the Ravena brothers Kiefer and Thirdy, CJ Perez, Rhenz Abando, and Jamie Malonzo.

Even Scot’s godparents had a group photo of their own, revealing the many ninongs and ninangs who will be parenting alongside Scottie and his wife Jinky.

Many even commented how blooming Jinky Serrano looked in her light blue tulle dress.

Double celebrations should be a thing!

Double celebrations can be both glamorous and practical! Having one big celebration instead of having two smaller ones can also show respect for people’s time. When schedules are full (especially as new parents), a grand celebration is easier to plan around and also what people may need to ease off the daily stress of life. There are also more opportunities to create a quality celebration to make sure everyone goes home happy!

Nonetheless, happy birthday to PBA player and dad Scottie Thompson, and welcome to the Christian world to his son, Scot!
