Tennis star Serena Williams amazed everyone with a novel gender reveal idea: using a drone!

Technology grows alongside our kids and now, we live in an era where we have artificial intelligence and drones. And for this gender reveal, tennis star Serena Williams and her daughter, Olympia, found themselves caught up in some of Alexis Ohanian’s (Serena’s husband and Olympia’s father) mischief as he revealed the news using a drone. Here’s how it panned out!

In the vlog, the family first looked like they were going to do the traditional cake gender reveal. But Alexis Ohanian — who appears to have a mischievous plan of his own — gleefully mentions in the vlog’s behind-the-scenes (BTS) that the cake’s insides are yellow, as an effort to “troll” the tennis star and their daughter.

Serena, being a good sport, smiles it off and even attempts to smear the cake in her husband’s face. But the all-knowing Alexis smiles, saying that Serena (even calling her “My love” in the vlog) deserves “only the best.” And he surprises her, with an adept drone flight formation, with the Ohanian-Williams family revealing that they’re expecting a baby girl!

Most of the time, it’s moms who plan the gender reveal with dads being the recipient.
