Several of Maxine’s friends including the cast of the defunct show First Yaya like Sanya Lopez, Thia Thomalla, good friend Ritz Azul, and fellow beauty queen Aya Abesamis expressed happiness over the arrival of baby Zeke.

First-time parents

In an exclusive interview with Modern Parenting in April, Maxine shared how she and Timmy have prepared after announcing the pregnancy.

“In our house, it was just me and Timmy,” Maxine shared. “Now that we’re having a baby, we are beginning to adjust our home by building more space for the baby, especially considering every corner of the house is our baby’s playground. It’s a big adjustment, but we’re taking small steps to get ready for it.”

She also had to make sure her food intake was right. “I also keep my mindset happy and relaxed by reading books about what to expect when you’re expecting, and I make time to workout for overall preparations.”

Before Zeke’s arrival, Maxine Medina had a gender reveal and baby shower thrown by her family and friends. After placing in the Top 6 in Miss Universe in 2017 in Manila, Maxine entered showbiz and dabbled in modeling.

Aside from First Yaya, Maxine also appeared in shows such as Magandang Dilag and Los Bastardos.

Congratulations to Maxine and Timmy and hello to baby Zeke!
