Tiny Tycoon 2026: Encouraging Entrepreneurship and Creativity Among Kids
Kids take center stage at Tiny Tycoon 2026, where learning meets play through entrepreneurship, role-playing activities, and interactive workshops
For parents, there’s always that smile when they see their children step into roles that make them feel capable, independent, and empowered. More than academics and extracurriculars, parents today look for experiences that teach kids how to think creatively, communicate confidently, and adapt to the real world—and that’s exactly what Tiny Tycoon is all about.
Scheduled on May 23–24, 2026 at The Podium Hall in partnership with SM Supermalls, Tiny Tycoon is redefining what a kids fair can look like. It’s more than just a weekend event, it’s an immersive learning experience where children get to explore entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, and teamwork in a fun and family-friendly environment.
Inspired by the growing need to prepare children for a rapidly changing world, Feliz Lucas and Czarina Ledesma created Tiny Tycoon, moms themselves with one important question in mind: How can parents equip kids with skills that go beyond grades?

For them, it’s by giving them opportunities to experience, create, solve problems, and lead.

From Classroom Learning to Real-Life Practice
At Tiny Tycoon, children are encouraged to step outside the traditional classroom setup and apply what they know in real-world situations. Whether they’re selling handmade crafts, interacting with customers, managing schedules, or participating in workshops, kids are learning valuable life skills through hands-on experiences.
It’s also a meaningful way to support independence while spending quality time together in a safe and purpose-driven space.
A highlight of the event is the Tiny Trader experience. This is where kids can run their own mini booth business. For two days, young entrepreneurs will have the chance to sell pre-loved items or showcase products they created themselves. Beyond earning money, they’ll learn planning, communication, customer interaction, and financial literacy firsthand.
Top-performing Tiny Traders may even get the opportunity to join a special “Shark Tank”-inspired showcase and return to sell again on June 6.
Meanwhile, the SM Little Crew activity gives children a glimpse into real-world careers through role-playing experiences with participating stores at The Podium. Kids can take on exciting roles such as immigration officers, mayors, and store assistants while learning responsibility, teamwork, and confidence along the way.

Workshops Designed for Future-Ready Kids
What makes Tiny Tycoon even more exciting is the lineup of interactive classes and workshops available for families to enjoy.
Children can explore topics like:
- Healthy baon cooking
- Mental math
- Stock market basics for kids
- 3D printing and entrepreneurship
- DIY plushie making
- Picture book creation
- Smart money habits
- Chess training and competitions
- Nature-inspired art workshops
- Reading and storytelling sessions
These activities help nurture not only creativity and curiosity, but also practical thinking and problem-solving skills that children can carry into the future.
There’s also plenty of fun for walk-in guests, including a glow-in-the-dark music concert happening daily from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, raffles, games, shopping, and selected free classes redeemable through the SM Malls Online app.

A Space for Families to Learn and Grow Together
What stands out most about Tiny Tycoon is its heart. While children are encouraged to become more confident and independent, the event also creates opportunities for parents to witness their growth firsthand.
In a time when modern parenting is becoming more intentional about preparing children for life—not just school—experiences like Tiny Tycoon matter. They remind us that learning can happen anywhere, especially when kids are given the freedom to explore their ideas, make decisions, and discover what they’re capable of.
From entrepreneurship and creativity to confidence-building and collaboration, Tiny Tycoon offers families a meaningful way to learn, connect, and grow together.
Tiny Tycoons is scheduled on May 23- 24 at the Podium Hall.
