Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan Celebrate Amila Sabine’s Baptism
Celebrity baby Amila Sabine joined the Christian family on February 4, 2023, and had a stunning reception.
It’s customary for Philippine parents to dedicate their children to the Lord via baptism or church child dedication. So it’s no surprise that baby Amila Sabine, the daughter of celebrity parents Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan, underwent the same as she officially joined her Christian family on February 4, 2023. The reception was held in Marquis Events Place.
Tagged with the hashtag #BabyBean or #Beanyag, the baptism was one grand celebration for one of the most popular celebrity babies to date.
A Star-Studded Baptism
Both Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan have found friends and family alike in the showbiz industry to which they have selected the Ninongs and Ninangs of Baby Bean. One of the pairs includes John and Isabel Oli Prats with the celebrity dad expressing his delight of finally having a “godchild” from Angelica. “Pasensya na at hindi ka muna importante ngayon. Si Bean talaga ang nagpa-excite sakin,” he jokes in writing on his Instagram post. “Forever nandito ang Pamilya ko para sa inyo! Love you guys!”
Newly married Glaiza De Castro also showed up with her husband, David Rainey, and seemingly revealed herself as one of the Ninangs as she posted a reel featuring the events, describing the feeling as a grand reunion homecoming. “Tapos yung mga kaklase mo may bitbit ng mga cute na bata,” she joyfully described. “Welcome sa masaya at magulong mundo Amila, pero andito kaming mga Ninong at Ninang mo para alalayan ka.”
It was a glittering reception indeed with a pink, orange, and white motif full of roses.
A child’s second family: the Church family.
The Church is also a family where people are related by spirituality and faith instead of blood. It’s truly a grand event when a child is welcomed into their spiritual family, as they need all the support they can get in this ever-changing world.
