Camille Prats Recalls How She and Husband VJ Yambao Met at the Age of 8
In an Instagram post, Camille Prats shared that she and VJ were classmates and never thought would cross paths decades later.
When you are meant to be together, time finds its way. This was the case for actress Camille Prats and her husband VJ Yambao, who were classmates when they were eight years old.
In an Instagram post on June 21, Camille, who started her career as a child actress wrote: “God made our paths cross when we were only 8 years old. Who would’ve thought back then that this will be our lives almost three decades after? He is truly amazing”
“Thank you @vjyambao1 for pursuing me endlessly and making me feel happy and secure from the day I met you again 10 years ago and for finding your way back to me all in His perfect time. May God continue to bless and protect our marriage. Best gift ever.”
Many of their close friends commented on the story—saying they were totally kilig. The post was made in celebration of Camille’s birthday.
VJ’s message
Prior to Camille’s post, VJ shared his story about their meeting as kids. He wrote: “Three decades ago when I first saw you in the classroom, I felt something special about you. He showed me a glimpse of his wonderful plan for me and I didn’t expect it was something like this. My own family with you.”
“Never in my life did I think of this. I am forever grateful and I commit my life because I owe everything to Him. Happy birthday to our queen. Continue to be the light and a blessing. We love you.”
Camille and VJ got married in 2017. They have 2 children—Nolan and Nala. Camille has a son, Nathan, with her late husband Anthony Linsangan. VJ has a son from a previous relationship.
