Diego Loyzaga is Now a Dad!
(UPDATED) Diego Loyzaga shared a photo of him carrying a baby, saying it was the best birthday gift ever.
Diego Loyzaga is now a dad! On June 8, the actor shared a photo on his social media accounts holding a baby.
“The best birthday gift ever,” he captioned the photo. Diego celebrated his birthday last May.
Diego did not reveal who the mother is or any other details of the baby. But his mom, actress Teresa Loyzaga, dropped a hint that she now has a granddaughter.
“Yahooooo!! Glam-Ma Lola in the house!!! Mwah! Love u anak @diegoloyzaga ! Love you my ‘Pochola’!” she left in the comment section.
Several of Diego’s friends also sent their best wishes. Among them were Gil Cueva, Coleen Garcia, and his sisters Angelina and Sam.
On June 17, Diego’s dad Cesar Montano shared with Inquirer columnist Dolly Ann Carvajal that the name of his granddaughter is Hailey.
“I am proud and I feel so blessed. Praise God! Dumarami ang aking angkan. Only a great God can give such a beautiful gift, Hailey,” he said.
Who is the mom?
It’s unclear who the mother of Diego’s child is as the actor has kept a low profile about his relationship. His last public relationship was with actress Barbie Imperial. After Barbie, Diego was linked to Franki Russell after they did a movie together.
Diego is the son of Teresa Loyzaga with actor Cesar Montano. Diego stars alongside Julia Barretto in the movie Will You Be My Ex to be shown on June 21.
