Hilary Swank is Pregnant at 48
Two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank confirmed that she and her husband Philip Schneider are going to be parents to twins!
Two-time oscar winner Hilary Swank is going to be a mom. The actress revealed the news on Wednesday, October 5, during an appearance on Good Morning America.
“This is something that I have been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m going to be a mom,” the Alaska Daily star said. “I’m not just going to be a mom of one but two. I can’t believe it.”
The Boys Don’t Cry actress, 48, said that it was nice to finally share it.
In a separate interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Hilary said that none of her Alaska Daily co-stars knew she was pregnant until the announcement. She is currently entering her second trimester.
“I’m feeling great right now, even with the time — you know, I’m on Pacific time, so I’m a little cross-eyed with that. But I’m feeling good right now,” she said.
Blessing for her and Philip Schneider
During her appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Hilary shared that twins run in both her and her husband Philip Schneider’s families.
“It’s such a blessing and a total miracle. It’s unbelievable,” she said.
Hilary and Philip, a social venture entrepreneur, tied the knot in August 2018. Prior to Philip, Hilary was married to actor Chad Lowe.
Hilary first rose to fame in The Next Karate Kid. She went on to win two Oscars for her role as Brandon Teena in Boys Don’t Cry and Maggie Fitzgerald in Million Dollar Baby.
