On June 3, 2023 at 9:41 AM, celebrity mom Karel Marquez and entrepreneur Sean Fariñas welcomed their newest addition to the family: a baby boy. Based on Sean’s photos, Karel gave birth to her baby at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Congratulations to the new parents!
Upon announcing the birth of her new son, a wave of congratulations came from their many friends. Celebrities Drew Arellano and Sarah Lahbati-Gutierrez even left a few hearts on the IG post.
According to her Instagram update, Karel Marquez checked into the hospital at around 9 PM where many celebrities offered their luck. She writes, “Time check-in: 9 PM… Here we go, baby. Keep us safe.”

Now a mom of four
Karel has been updating people on her Instagram about her pregnancy journey, even sharing her nesting moments when preparing for the arrival of her newest bundle of joy.
The now mom and dad of four have revealed the name of their son: Kaden Andrei. Karel writes, “Our newest love as a family of 6… Our Kaden Andrei — such a blessing, our precious baby.”
