Through this initial version of the app, patients can mainly experience telehealth through video calls and chats. The app also matches patients with specialists according to their specific healthcare needs. Patients can engage in real-time chat conversations with their specialists and the Kindred Care team through the app. This enables prompt support and efficient communication.
