Stephen Speaks singer Rockwell Ryan Ripperger was recently in the country to serenade Filipino fans. Listen to five of his memorable songs that parents love.
If you were one of those who loved listening to romantic music in the 2000s, chances are you’ve come across Stephen Speaks. Originally a two-member group, main singer Rockwell Ryan Ripperger has since been performing as a solo act.
Ryan was recently in the Philippines to do a tour and despite more than a decade, many of their songs are still special in Filipino hearts. During an interview on CNN Philippines, he mentioned that he loves coming back because of how the fans love music.
The visit is also special as it marks 20 years since the first album No More Doubt was released in 2003. Asked about his thoughts, Ryan answered: “It’s amazing. Who doesn’t want to be loved? It’s amazing to me that it’s 20 years later, it’s more popular than it’s ever been.”
