The Vicenzo star’s management announced through news outlets in Korea that he and his wife Katy Saunders are going to be parents again!
Song Joong-ki is going to be a father again. The Vicenzo star’s management HighZium Studio confirmed to several news outlets in Korea that Song Joong-ki and his wife Katy Saunders are expecting baby number two.
The management said that the couple is indeed expecting a second child with no other details disclosed.
The pregnancy comes after Song Joong-ki and Katie welcomed their first baby, a boy last year.
A low-profile relationship
Song Joong-ki and Katy’s relationship surfaced in December 2022 when he confirmed that he was dating the former actress.
The actor announced in January 2023 that he was going to be a dad for the first time and that he and Katy got married.
“I have promised to continue life together with Katy Louise Saunders, who has been by my side supporting me and who I have spent valuable time with while cherishing each other,” he said.
Before Katy, Joong-ki was married to Korean actress Soong Hye-kyo from 2017 to 2019.
Aside from Vicenzo, Song Joong-ki’s other acting credits include Descendants of the Sun, Hopeless, A Werewolf Boy, and The Battleship Island.
