Chan Badminton School is open to kids aged 4 to 9 years old. They will learn the basic fundamentals of the game while having fun!

2. The Little Gym

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Their gymnastics and dance programs offer children a springboard to life’s adventures—by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

3. Bert Lozada Swim School

Learning how to swim is an essential life skill that not only promotes physical fitness and safety around water. It also builds confidence and independence in children. Bert Lozada Swim School has classes for babies, kids, and adults. Their summer classes for kids are open for enrollment and they have venues in different parts of Metro Manila.

4. La Vie Institute

La Vie Institute is excited to offer a new workshop experience with a redesigned Total Personality Development Program for Teens. They intend to be even more impactful and memorable. Moreover, they aim to give teens a learning event to anchor to for a lifetime. La Vie Institute will be hosting in two different locations this summer: Alabang and Ortigas.

5. Young Artists’ Studio

Young Artists’ Studio (YAS) is an art school providing year-round art classes for kids and adults. They started in 2009 by imagining a culture of creativity in an environment where ideas are respected and encouraged to be visualized into tangible art objects. They have branches in Estancia Mall, Commercenter Alabang, and UP Town Center.

6. Different Forms of Martial Arts

Brawlers’ Lab and Origin Athletics both offer martial arts classes. Brawlers’ Lab has TaeKwonDo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while Origin Athletics has Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and a Functional Fitness Class for kids.

7. Blossom Music Studio

Music is a great summer class for kids and Blossom Music Studio offers courses in piano, guitar, violin, voice, and more. Lessons consist of individual instructions in which note reading, music theory, technique, practice skills, and musical literacy are emphasized. Sessions last for either 30 or 60 minutes—face-to-face or online.

And what’s great about them is that they have venues in Quezon City (Circulo Verde), Makati (Manila Polo Club), Bonifacio Global City (British School Manila), and Alabang (Cuenca Park). 11. PETA’s Summer Theater Workshop

For kids who want to learn how to act or perform on stage, the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) is offering a summer workshop for kids. PETA is one of the country’s pioneer theater groups known for its original productions and educational workshops. And PETA is back with its annual Summer Program for young kids, active teens, and aspiring theater performers and artists. The Summer Program features eight courses, which embody the company’s unique integrated theater arts curriculum. Taught by PETA’s exceptional roster of artist-teachers, participants are ensured of a meaningful and fun-filled, creative experience!
