Ynna Asistio and Bully Carbonell Introduce Daughter Ava Zafina
Ynna and Bully share the first photos of Ava, who was born last October 26.
Ynna Asistio and Bully Carbonell are now parents! On Thursday, November 3, the couple shared photos of their daughter Ava Zafina, who arrived last October 26.
Ynna Asistio: A life-changing experience
In an Instagram post, Ynna said that she had to labor for 15 hours before Ava arrived.
“Ngayon ko lang naiintindihan yung sinsabi nila na grabe ang experience of giving birth,” she wrote. “Life-changing and it made me realize how amazing it is to be a mother.”
Despite the pains and labor, Ynna said it was all worth it. “First time I saw you baby, nawala lahat ng pain. You came so early pero ang perfect ng timing mo!”
She thanked the doctors at the hospital where she was confined as well as her husband Bully and her family.
“I can’t believe na nanay na ako!!! Pero grabeng saya ng feeling. Salamat sa inyong lahat! Thank you Lord for this wonderful blessing.”
Wedding and baby announcement
It was in August when Ynna Asistio and Bully Carbonell married and announced the pregnancy. At the time of the announcement, Ynna recalled how she was afraid that she would never have a child because of her PCOS.
“It has always been my prayer and my dream to become a mom as I always say, In His Perfect time He will make things possible. I was losing hope when I turned 30 ‘coz my PCOS kept coming back and was getting worse. I would heal it for a few months but it kept coming back but now eto na, another prayer and dream of mine is about to come true,” she said.
Ynna is the daughter of actress Nadia Montenegro with Boy Asistio. Her siblings include Yanna and Ysa.
