Binibining Pilipinas 2022 Queens Celebrate Grandparents’ Day at Araneta City
The Bb. Pilipinas 2022 queens took time off to treat grandparents during Grandparents’ Day at Araneta City.
Despite their busy schedules as they get ready for their respective pageant assignments, the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 queens took time to take part in the activities prepared by Araneta City. This was to celebrate Grandparents’ Day last September 11.
Gateway Mall Activities
Binibining Pilipinas International 2022 Nicole Borromeo, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2022 Gabby Basiano, and Binibining Pilipinas 2nd Runner-Up Stacey Gabriel participated in activities at the Gateway Mall. These included sketching and plant workshops.
Nicole, who is taking up Interior Design, got to show her sketching skills. She even got to draw an orchard from her childhood with her grandparents. Nicole and Grandier Gil Bella, President of the Philippine Pastel Artists, told those present at the activity that it’s not too late for them to learn the arts.
April Arceo, the founder of the Cactus and Succulent Enthusiasts Society, joined the ladies, too. She shared that plants are like grandparents who need love, care, and attention.
Grandparents’ Day at Ali Mall
Additionally, at Ali Mall, Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2022 Chelsea Fernandez, and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2022 Roberta Tamondong joined some grandparents. They grooved to fun music and danced away. They also posed for artists who drew caricature sketches of them.
Both Chelsea and Roberta expressed their thanks to those who came to the event.
Chelsea, Roberta, and Gabby are currently in the thick of preparations for their respective pageant assignments. All three ladies will have a send-off on September 19 before they compete in their pageants in Albania, Indonesia, and Egypt in October.
