Eva Patalinjug is Engaged to Partner Francis Lim

Beauty queen, entrepreneur, and Hiyas ng Pilipinas national director Eva Patalinjug gets engaged to partner Francis Lim in Finland.

Former Binibining Pilipinas Grand International titleholder Eva Patalinjug is engaged. On December 24, the mother of one confirmed that her longtime partner Francis Lim popped the question during their vacation in Finland.

“Finally, I’m home,” she captioned the photo showing the ring.

Several of Eva’s close friends and beauty queens such as Karen Gallman, Vickie Rushton, Michele Gumabao, Jehza Huelar, and Samantha Bernardo posted congratulatory messages to the couple.

The couple, who are based in Cebu have one son, Frederick.

Life after pageantry

Since finishing her pageant career, Eva has been residing in Cebu, where she recently finished law school. Speaking to Modern Parenting in early 2022, Eva shared how life has been for her as a mother to Frederick.

“I have learned the value of time, though we are in the midst of a pandemic. This is a time to reflect and prioritize those things that are very important, especially a time to bond with family, reconnect with old friends, and time for yourself because life is fleeting, you’ll never know what will happen tomorrow. We should enjoy every moment with those who are special to us,” she said.

The Cebuana has also been sharing her learnings in pageantry as national director of Hiya ng Pilipinas. She is currently the national director of the organization, which is based in Cebu.
