Gabby Concepcion Says Daughter KC is Part of the Concert
Gabby Concepcion admits it will be an emotional time for him, Sharon Cuneta, and their daughter KC if they have a moment in the concert Dear Heart.
Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta are set to perform for their fans once again in the concert Dear Heart. And if that wasn’t enough, Gabby told reporters last October 11 that their daughter KC will be part of the show.
“As far as I know, she’s still part of the show,” he shared with ABS-CBN. “I’d like to do a song with her. I’d also like to see KC and Sharon sing and I’d like to see the three of us sing.”
The actor admitted that he and Sharon have yet to talk again since the press conference for the concert last September. The producers said it would be more authentic and raw if they talk to each other during the concert.
But one thing is certain. It would be an emotional one, he said.
“It’s an emotional time for all of us. So pagnangyari iyon, it would be meaningful not only for the audience but for us na magkasama kaming tatlo on stage.”
Why everyone is excited for the concert
For a long time, fans of Gabby and Sharon have been asking them to do a project together. There were several projects pitched. However, none of them materialized.
In 2018, the couple did a fast food chain commercial together and fans continue to wish for a big project for the two of them. They named the October concert after their 1981 movie of the same title.
Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion made movies in the 80s and were married from 1984 to 1987. Their union gave them their daughter KC.
KC, who has been traveling in and out of the country, previously shared on social media her excitement about seeing her parents on stage again.
“I wouldn’t miss this for the world. See you there,” she wrote, posting the poster of the concert.
