Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo Add Producers To Their Resume
Actors and couple Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo announced the formation of their new baby Brightburn Entertainment
Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo are a busy couple with their respective schedules and attending to their children’s needs. But that’s not stopping the couple from venturing into their latest project – a production company known as Brightburn Entertainment. The couple co-partnered with their managers Becky Aguila, Katrina Aguila, and Jan Enriquez.
“After 20 years in the industry, Dennis and I are trying on new hats, this time as producers, as we formally put up our own production company called Brightburn Entertainment,” Jennylyn wrote.
The couple shared they’ve met with Netflix Philippines and thanked the team for taking time to meet them.
“Thank you so much po sir Vitto, Bene and Luis for spending some time with us and for discussing opportunities we can explore in the future. Looking forward to working with all of you!”
What to expect from the new production company?
While there are no announcements of what projects Brightburn Entertainment will be coming out with, the possible partnership with Netflix gave us a glimpse that the couple and their partners will produce stories that international viewers can look forward to!
Being behind the scenes is not new to the DenJen tandem as they’ve posted several vlogs in the past including their jamming sessions on Jennylyn’s YouTube channel.
On top of their production company, Jennylyn and Dennis have also done a groundbreaking of their new home.
After her show with Xian Lim, Jennylyn returned to the recording studio, working on music with Star Music and finishing a movie with Sam Milby and Dennis.
Dennis is set to star as Japanese Col. Yuta Saitoh in the World War II show Pulang Araw alongside Alden Richards, Sanya Lopez, Barbie Forteza, and David Lichauco. The show premieres on Netflix on July 26 and GMA 7 on July 29.
