Metro Manila Film Festival 2024: All The Movie Trailers
The Metro Manila Film Festival is celebrating its 50th year with ten films ranging from family comedy to action
As Christmas approaches, it also means the time for the annual Metro Manila Film Festival. This year’s edition is expected to be big as it celebrates 50 years.
A fan’s day and media conference was held last Friday, December 6 at Gateway Mall to kick off the start of the film festival. The Parade of Stars happens on December 21 with the city of Manila as hosts.
This year’s line-up of films ranges from family drama, action, comedy, and horror. It also marks the return of two prominent personalities who have been part of the festival for years – Vice Ganda and Vic Sotto.
Vic, known for doing comedy films is set to star in his first serious role as the king in The Kingdom opposite Piolo Pascual.
Vice on the other hand will return in a family drama with a touch of comedy in And The Breadwinner Is…
Modern Parenting cover star Dennis Trillo returns to the MMFF, this time alongside Ruru Madrid in Green Bones. Iza Calzado is also part of two films in special roles – The Kingdom and Green Bones.
