How Scottie Young Reacted to Parents Slater and Kryz’s Baby Reveal

Kryz Uy and Slater Young are celebrating their becoming parents for the third time this year! On Sunday, January 14, Kryz shared a video of the baby’s gender reveal party and advanced party thrown by her family. In the video, Scottie, her eldest boy, shared he wanted to have a baby sister, something many of the family members hoped for.
But when the confetti fell, the couple revealed that they were expecting a baby boy. Although, judging by the look on Scottie’s face, he was quite disappointed. Kryz and Slater assured him everything would be okay.
“It’s okay honey. At least you can share your toys with the little boy,” Kryz told her Scottie as he hugged her. See the reaction, starting at 11:13.

Kryz and Slater first announced the pregnancy on Christmas Eve. Initially caught by surprise by the fact that they were having another baby because they thought they were done, the couple eventually embraced it, with their sons Scottie and Sevi looking forward to being older brothers.
The family is based in Cebu, where Slater—a civil engineer and entrepreneur—has been managing the family business. Kryz continues her work as a digital creator.
The couple additionally also has their podcast: Skypodcast. It became one of Spotify Philippines’s Top Podcast of 2023.
