The group earlier teased fans of a possible reunion when they posted the letter E backward.
The Eraserheads concert is a much awaited reunion
Formed in 1989, the Eraserheads are considered one of the most iconic groups of Pinoy Music. In fact, their influence continues to transcend to this day. Among their classic hits are “Pare Ko,” “Ligaya,” and “With a Smile”.
The group performed years back when they got together for a special cover they did for a magazine and released two songs. Since then, they have been active in several bands with Ely being part of Apartel, Buddy with Moonstar88, Raymund performing with Sandwich and Pedicab, and Marcus with Markus Highway.
The group’s songs have also been turned into a musical called Ang Huling El Bimbo the Musical. It has been staged several times.
Parents and kids of the 90s, are you excited about the Eraserheads concert?
