Tried and Tasted: 6 Online Pie Shops That Will Occu-Pie Your Thoughts

From fruit-filled pies to chocolatey delights and more, we round up a list of Metro Manila-based online pie shops—perfect for family gatherings and events.

Underrated by showstopping pieces in their own right, desserts are festive treats that have graced many tables. But instead of the usual cakes, pies offer a textural contrast—a paradox of crunch and chew, silkiness and bite—along with a mix of sweet with lightly salted elements.

Just as there are many bases to choose from (shortcrust, biscuit, nut crust, or puff pastry), pies come with a wide range of fillings. Think cream, fruit, custard, and even the occasional savory ones—artfully arranged in an open-faced pie or with lattice art for a flatlay-worthy presentation. In some cases, these pies are even meticulously covered up to surprise and tease.

From undisputed staples like Apple or Chocolate Cream to innovative creations like Peach Mango or Cereal Milk, there’s truly a flavor out there for everyone. Here’s a list of pies from some of our favorite online pie shops—all accessible within the Metro.

6 Online Pie Shops for Your Cravings

1. Hey Pie People (IG: @hey.pie.people)

The brainchild of pie enthusiast and mother of 3 Raeanne Young-Sagan, Hey Pie People is one of the online pie shops that pioneered the rising trend of open-faced pies. While the owner first started by making pies for friends and family, they quickly grew in popularity—amassing a cult following of its own.

In fact, the competition in securing a pie can be cutthroat as weekly pie flavors can get sold out in a matter of minutes—seconds, even if the flavor is very much in demand. The hype for it, however, is real, as this South-based online shop offers non-traditional pie flavors that look and taste just as good.

What’s more, each pie comes with a story—whether based on her craving, the “in” flavor among foodies, or even just a stroke of genius while experimenting. Currently, she has a Peach Mango Pie with Candied Ginger Biscuits available for a limited time this January, but there are 10 pies in the works after before their “big sabbatical at the end of March.”

2. B’s Patisserie (IG: @bspatisserie)

Joining the roster of pie shops that offer limited-edition pie flavors is yet another contender: B’s Patisserie. Setting base over at Commonwealth, Quezon City, this shop is known for its open-faced pies—made with a flaky puff pastry-like pie crust that’s filled with cream and generously topped with fixings.

But that’s not all. While most pie shops offer large pies for sharing, this shop offers mini versions of its pies for you to keep all to yourself!

The possibilities are endless with this pie shop, as they offer limited edition pie flavors like Tiramisu and Strawberry & Cream Pie. However, longtime fans can expect the return of old-time favorites, like the fruity and cheesy Mango Mancheggo (a must-have!), classic Cereal Milk, and their decadent Chocolate Cereal Pie.

Fruits and pies are a match made in heaven and Serendipity Gourmet’s selection is proof of that. This Quezon City-based bakery prides itself on serving up delectable food that ignites senses and inspires hearts with its array of fruity pie favorites, which sound as delectable as they look.

By bringing together fruits with premium ingredients from around the world, Serendipity Gourmet elevates the pie-eating experience with 5 staple flavors that sound just as good as they look and taste. Take for example the Bellissimo Blueberry Mango Streusel Pie, which brings together the juiciness of ripe blueberries, complemented by the tropical tang of fresh mangoes, or perhaps the Boombastic Banana Pie with Dark Chocolate—a classic that elevates chocolates and bananas.

Meanwhile, if you want mature and sultry options, you can choose from the Cherry Amaretto Legere or the Sexy Strawberry Dark Chocolate pie.

4. Natalia’s Rustic Kitchen (IG: @nataliasrustickitchen)

As a family who loves hosting events at home, the owners of Natalia’s Rustic Kitchen kickstarted their business by selling party trays with mains, sides, and desserts aplenty. And speaking of desserts—a must after every meal, if I do say so myself—the pies that this shop offers are a must!

Starting with a mainstay and classic, Natalia’s Rustic Kitchen offers a mean Rustic Apple Pie. Made with a buttery and flaky crust, it’s filled with a good balance of sweet and tart apples—covered up with a traditional dough for that enticing peekaboo. Other limited edition offerings include a Creme Brulee Pie and a Salted Gooey Brownie Pie—a cross between a pie and brownie that features gooey chocolatey brownie filling topped with Himalayan Pink Salt to balance out the decadence.

A two-day lead time is needed for orders. Natalia’s Rustic Kitchen is based in Cavite, but they can accommodate orders to Metro Manila.

5. BWB Kitchen (IG: @bwbkitchen)

BWB Kitchen is the pie-making arm of Apo Baking Society, a Quezon City-based bakery that’s known for its sourdough bread and desserts. Through this collaboration, a limited menu of pies was born—ranging from quirky offerings like Caramel Cornflake Brownie, Caramel Apple, or Chocolate Banoffee pies to classics like Lemon Chiffon or Chocolate Silk pies.

With a flaky crust that’s buttery and indulgent, BWB Kitchen’s open-faced pies feature creamy custards, crumbly streusel, artfully arranged fruits, or a mix of either one in the center. A feast for both the eyes and mouth, these pies are in demand for good reason since flavors change every month and they’re only available only once a week.

Our tip? Keep an eye on their Instagram stories over at Apo Baking Society (since the BWB Kitchen page is more of a portfolio of their offerings) to see which pie flavor they’ll be rolling out.

6. Goey Bakes (IG: @goeybakes)

An Instagram shop run by Goey Besinio, Goey Bakes is an online business that first started with cinnamon rolls, cookies, and tin cakes. Eventually, the shop expanded its offerings to include flaky open-faced pies, which immediately became a crowd favorite.

By capitalizing on trendy flavors, his pies have taken a youthful flair, much like the owner himself. In fact, the White Peach Mango Pie—inspired by the well-loved Peach Mango pocket pies of Jollibee—has become a cult favorite that he’s had to bring back, time and time again.

Like most pie brands on this list, flavors are available for a limited time only, so keep posted by checking the brand’s Instagram page. This time around, he debuted a Milk and Cookies Pie, which uses Auro chocolate for its chocolate chunk cookie base—finished off with whipped vanilla cream pudding, cookie crumbs, and even more Auro dark and milk chocolates, alongside Auro cacao nibs.
