As moms, our biggest frustration is that our dressing table never seems to be big enough. If we look at our dressing tables, 80% of them probably have skincare products cluttering the space. The remaining 20% is usually jewelry, makeup, or perfume. But when you know what exactly the problem is with your skin, the number of bottles can decrease drastically. Kiehl’s offers this with their latest skin analysis technology. They’re also taking a step forward with their latest green project: Future Made Better.

Many of us dream of having a simple skincare routine. One that doesn’t clutter our vanity table. But when we don’t know what the right products are for our skin, it becomes a messy and costly trial-and-error process! The bottles just stack up until there’s no space on the table. Besides Kiehl’s using our old skincare containers as homes for little succulents, the best kind of skincare has less clutter because there’s a science to back it up. Skincare may solve the surface problem but some skin issues are a symptom of another underlying issue. “Skincare can work hand-in-hand with your medication,” shares Dr. Chesca during a recent Kiehl’s event. “Hormone issues can cause massive break-outs. But balancing medication and having a well-researched skin routine can help mitigate the effects.”
