The Best Oscars Maternity Looks
These fab celebrities show how to rock a baby bump on the red carpet
Going up to receive an award from the Oscars is an amazing feeling. But how to do it while rocking a baby bump is another! A lot of times, women feel they can’t rock the baby bump but it’s possible! Maternity and nursing fashion doesn’t have to be drab especially when you’re going to be glowing on stage.
When it comes to choosing looks, there’s always a matter of choosing the color and cut for the gown when going in. There’s also the matter of choosing which shoes to match it with. Since pregnancy causes you to grow a foot size, finding some comfortable shoes is definitely a start.
If you need some references, here are Modern Parenting’s Top 10 maternity looks you can reference from:
1. America Ferrera: Elegant and Red
If your kids have been watching How To Train Your Dragon, you’d recognize America Ferrera as the voice of Astrid! Glowing in a ruby red Alberta Ferretti limited edition gown, America Ferrera paid tribute to her character in HTTYD and Honduran Heritage by pairing her gown with a golden headband during the 2019 awards.
