The first two seasons of Bluey will be shown on TV5, starting April 29.

Bluey, the well-loved kid show featuring the titular dog, has been getting kids’ and parents’ attention abroad. And good news—it will finally be shown in the Philippines!

In a press release, BBC Studios confirmed that the first two seasons of the show will be shown on TV5. The show, which will be dubbed in Filipino, will be shown every Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 8 AM and on weekends from 8 AM to 9 AM.

Sophia Spinelli, VP of Brands and Marketing, BBC Studios Asia said that they’re excited to take the show to the Philippines after a long time.

“Bluey has become such a huge hit worldwide and we are thrilled to be making Bluey more accessible to audiences in the Philippines with our partners at TV5. This is the first step in our ambitious plans to expand Bluey’s presence in the Philippines, both on-screen and off-screen for local fans to fully immerse themselves in the world of Bluey and her wonderful Blue Heeler family.”

Guido Zaballero, President and Chief Executive Officer of TV5 on the other hand shared they are thrilled to bring Bluey to the Filipino kids.

“The Kapatid Network is proud and excited to be Bluey‘s home channel in the Philippines! We do not doubt that it will be a big hit with our Filipino audiences—bringing a lot of joy and laughter to families across the Philippines!”
