Check out these offers from different establishments to welcome the Year of the Tiger for Chinese New Year 2022!
The Year of the Tiger is just days away and our Filipino-Chinese friends are preparing for the celebration. Although there are still a lot of restrictions due to the pandemic, Chinatown as well as restaurants, and hotels are already releasing their respective menus to commemorate Chinese New Year 2022!
If you’re still unsure where to get your Chinese New Year Feast, here’s a list of offerings from different establishments. Gong Xi Fa Cai!
Shangri-La Fort
Welcome the New Year by dining in or ordering from Canton Road restaurant at Shangri-La Fort. Available until February 15, Canton Road has a home set for five people starting at P 3,588. Or sample their delicious Cantonese Barbecue Sampler starting at P3,888.
Gloria Maris
Gloria Maris is offering three different sets for other Chinese New Year. Choose from their selection which you can have for dine-in or take-out options. The sets are good for four to six people.
New World Hotel
New World Hotel is offering set meals for Chinese New Year including Peking Duck! The promo runs from January 24 to February 6, 2022.
Manila Marriott Hotel
People in the south can check out the offerings from Han Mo at Manila Marriott Hotel until February 1. They can order it for dine-in, take-out, and deliveries.
Solaire Resort
Check out the Red Lantern’s Treasure Pot as you celebrate the Lunar Year. The resort also has a Lunar Year Hamper you can buy.
Tim Ho Wan
This Lunar Year celebration, Tim Ho Wan is offering its superior radish cake at P488.
Savoy Hotel
Savoy Cafe released its offering for the Lunar Year celebration. The menu consists of Mushroom Soup, Yangchow Rice, Stir Fry noodles, Chinese-Style Chicken, and a choice of dessert of Fresh Fruit Slices (dine-in) or Mango sago (take out).
Grand Hyatt Manila
Welcome the Year of the Tiger at Grand Hyatt with a delicious feast at the hotel’s Number 8 China House. Dine-ins are allowed composed of 4 to 22 people.
Hilton Hotel Manila
If you’re heading to Hilton Hotel, check out their offering that includes Abalone, Hong Kong Chicken, and Smoked Duck.
They also have what they call a “Shanghainese’ selection that includes Yee Sang, stuffed Crab shell, and Guangdong style roasted whole duck.
Manila Peninsula Hotel
The Manila Peninsula celebrates the Lunar Year as it offers two Chinese bento boxes for the year. Take your pick of the offers which include dumplings, ginger-soy mahi mahi, and stir-fried tenderloin strips with mushrooms.
Sheraton Hotel
Sheraton is welcoming the year with a succulent feast that you will truly enjoy. Celebrate with a lobster or crab feast. Sheraton’s S Kitchen offers the lobster set that Australian Western Rock Lobster and stir-fried egg noodles with shiitake mushrooms and carrots. Its Korean restaurant Oori on the other hand is treating customers to King Crab feast that includes steamed live Alaskan king crab with gae naejang bokkeum or crab fat fried rice, Korean sweet, and chojang or chili dipping sauce.
