Cindy Obeñita and Henri Lopez Introduce Son Hashi
Miss Intercontinental 2021 Cindy Obeñita and her fiance Henri Lopez are now parents to a son named Hashi.
Beauty queen and host Cindy Obeñita is now a mom to a son. On September 24, the Miss Intercontinental 2021 titleholder shared photos of her baby Hashi with her fiance Henri Lopez.
“Our journey took an unexpected turn, but we’re stronger for it. From a natural start to an emergency C-section, our baby’s safe arrival is all that matters. Thank you so much, Almighty!” she shared on Instagram.
Aside from thanking Henri, Cindy also thanked the doctors at the hospital as well as their respective families for the encouragement and help they’ve gotten in their pregnancy journey.
“To my parents, Poy’s parents, family, and friends, thank you for being my rock. For sharing your wisdom and experience, [and] for all the love and care, I couldn’t have asked for a better support team. Meet Hashi, our little miracle!”
In a separate post, Henri shared Hashi’s full name – Hashira Cairo Obeñita Lopez.
Parent ready
Before Hashi’s arrival, the couple talked to Modern Parenting about getting ready for their family life.
“It felt very overwhelming and my mind was racing with so many questions,” Cindy said. “One of our ways to manage it was really to take things one step at a time. Of course, we have so much trust in our healthcare professionals so we always consult them for personalized advice.”
“Funny also how Henri and I keep on sending videos and reels to one another about pregnancy hacks that we can apply soon.”
