We Love How Crate and Barrel Debuted The Stories Of A Modern Parent’s Home
Every modern parent’s home is filled with furniture that tells the story of their families.
A home reflects a family’s personality, from the colors they pick to the style of furniture. We buy pieces based on our needs. Similar to how we host guests in our home, Crate and Barrel welcomed various personalities who served as their inspirations for their four vignettes to a sip n’ shop in their SM Makati branch. By combining pieces from their core classics and new collections, they also showed parents how their pieces can fit seamlessly even with some of their furniture at home.
“We wanted to show that Crate and Barrel can offer the best furnishing advice to suit your home no matter where you are in life,” shares Crate and Barrel Philippines’ Vice President-Business Unit Head Steven Ticzon. “Our pieces focus on being modern, functional, and stylish, made by artisans and designers all over the world.”
And for the supermoms who attended, it was a rewarding moment to talk to friends. At the same time, they enjoyed the warmth each of the furniture sets offered. Moms like Modern Parenting’s Editor-in-Chief Marga Tupaz, Dr. Aivee Teo, Rosanna Ocampo, Sam Valenciano, Aliza Apostol-Goco, Bianca Reinoso-Santiago, Marie Field Faith, Georgia Rocha-Chu, Joana Gube, Stephanie Dods, and Jessica Gan Tan took this chance to do what moms enjoy most when they go out with their mom-friends: shopping!
And when moms do go shopping, we already have a list of go-tos. For furniture, many of us have fallen in love with Crate and Barrel because of how easy it is for us to imagine what it will look like in our homes.
