LOOK: Donny Pangilinan and Sisters Hannah and Ella Graduate from College
Donny Pangilinan and his sisters Ella and Hannah are now college graduates. Congratulations to all three siblings!
Actor Donny Pangilinan has finally graduated from college. Not only has he gotten his degree but he also graduated alongside his sisters Ella and Hannah.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, October 9, the He’s Into Her actor said of the accomplishment, “For those who don’t know, when the pandemic hit over two years ago, Ella, Hannah, and myself decided to complete our degrees together (with mine specifying in Leadership). And today, despite the busy schedules, many sleepless nights (and fights), we were able to have a joint graduation ceremony thanks to the visit of our professor, who is here in Manila for a couple of days.”
Donny thanked Dr. Cyndi Romine and those from College for Global Deployment in Washington State for being patient and giving them guidance and support. Moreover, he gave a special shoutout to their parents, host Anthony Pangilinan and actress Maricel Laxa.
“Thanks to mom and dad as well who kept telling me every day to do my modules and papers. Love you both!”
Maricel Laxa: “Nakapag-tapos din kami sa wakas.”
In a separate Instagram post, Maricel Laxa could not help but be proud of her children’s accomplishments in finishing their education.
“With new beginnings are also ‘closures’. In fact, three of them (Ella, Donny, and Hannah) officially graduated from their respective college courses in simple ceremonies in the presence of the Washington State-based School Director of the College for Global Deployment, Dr. Cyndi Romine, who is here on a four-day country visit,” she said.
“While they finished their courses separately, we were able to schedule the official conferment of their bachelor’s degrees this weekend. So yes, nakapag-patapos din kami sa wakasss!”
She also thanked her children’s followers for saying how they’ve inspired them. “Ngayon we can say, kayo rin ang naging inspirasyon nila para mag-graduate.”
Donny Pangilinan is currently busy preparing to promote his new movie An Inconvenient Love alongside his onscreen partner Belle Mariano which will be shown this November.
