Announcing pregnancy on social media has become increasingly creative for many couples. The latest to share their happy news is former Binibining Pilipinas International 2019 titleholder Patch Magtanong and her husband, Josh Cordoves.
Through a viral trend using the song “What’s Going On” by 4 Non Blondes, the couple is seen lip-syncing as the camera circles them, with Patch revealing her growing baby bump.
“Mom and Dad attempt a trend,” Patch captioned the reel.
Baby Arriving in 2026
A day after the announcement, Patch—who has carved a name as a model, influencer, and lawyer—confirmed that she is 25 weeks pregnant.
Several of Patch’s close friends from Bb. Pilipinas congratulated her. Beauty queen and host Nicole Cordoves, Patch’s sister-in-law, wrote in the comments: “Maiiyak nanaman si mommy sa last pic.”
Patch joins the list of soon-to-be moms and personalities expecting their children in 2026. Among those anticipated to give birth are Melissa Gohing Nacino, who is expecting her second child with actor Rocco Nacino; social media influencer Bea Borres; and couple Pat Sugui and Aerial Garcia, who are also expecting their second child.

Bea Patricia “Patch” Magtanong is a model who rose to fame after joining Bb. Pilipinas in 2019, where she won the title of Bb. Pilipinas International. She went on to compete in Miss International in Japan, placing in the Top 8.
Patch took her oath as a lawyer and became an influencer. She married Josh Cordoves in a private wedding in 2023, followed by a grand celebration in Bali in 2024.
