It’s Showtime Host Jhong Hilario Graduates Magna Cum Laude from College
Jhong Hilario, who has a daughter, Sarina is a councilor in Makati and graduated Magna Cum Laude at Arellano University with a degree in Political Science.
It’s Showtime host and Streetboys member Jhong Hilario has graduated from college a magna cum laude. The actor on Thursday, June 15, posted his official graduation photo. He graduated with a degree in Political Science.

Going back to school
Jhong shared on his vlog his journey going back to school. This includes his first day of classes until he was able to finish his degree.
In February, Jhong shared that he was preparing for his thesis defense where he was partnered with a politician and classmate. Then in March, he was able to defend his thesis and pass with flying colors. In May, he shared that he had his toga fitting and mentioned that he was finally able to fulfill his parents’ wishes for him to graduate with a degree.
“Masaya kasi pangarap ng parents ko na dati sa akin makapagtapos ng pag-aaral. After ilang years ko nagawa pero napakita ko na tayo’y nag-tiyaga mag-aral para matupad yung mga pangarap nila sa akin.”
On top of his parents, Jhong also said that finishing his studies was something he can give as a gift to his daughter Sarina. Before the big day, Jhong attended to his duties as councilor.
And true to his ‘Sample King” tag, Jhong did a dance number upon getting his diploma.
