Jennylyn Mercado gave her followers a quick update on her pregnancy status on Wednesday, February 9. In an Instagram post, Jennylyn shared her growing baby bump with the caption “26 weeks.”
A number of Jennylyn’s showbiz friends such as Marian Rivera, Angel Locsin, Sheena Halili, and Iya Villania commented on her post. Some sent emojis while others said that the actress was blooming. Pregnancy is a moment when a mom-to-be truly begins to bloom as her body undergoes various changes. The preparation for the baby shows itself with breasts becoming fuller, glowing skin, longer hair, and even the urge to start “nesting” is all part of that glow.
Pregnancy journey
Jennylyn Mercado and her husband, actor Dennis Trillo announced in October that they were expecting their first child together. The couple, who got married in November have sons from previous relationships.
Jennylyn and Dennis have been documenting their journey. They initially decided to have another child via surrogacy. Both of them had decided to try it out in the United States based on one of their blogs. Because of the demands of their job, Dennis was the first one to deposit his sperm in Texas with Jennylyn Mercado leaving for Las Vegas after. While there, they had friends in the United States who were nurses but the couple was in for a surprise for themselves! The couple, soon found out that Jennylyn got pregnant naturally.
Jennylyn is expected to give birth sometime in April or May of the year.
