In a world where the digital has become another avenue of communication and language development, we often end up scratching our heads as our kids use new words everyday. But not to fear, Mommy Mundo sets up MomCon2024 to present their latest campaign: the Schools for MomCon to help both moms and dads figure out what makes their kids tick.
An overwhelming amount of things to tackle
Some of us may think parenting used to be a lot simpler back then. It was providing the usual necessities like food, shelter, clothes, education, etc. but technology caused other things to develop in leaps and bounds such as technology. With the internet connecting people beyond physical borders, it was no surprise it eventually became an avenue to expose the kids to different cultures.
Eventually, we hear them talk about things like mental health, social media, artificial intelligence — all these things were just in all the sci-fi movies we used to watch. Now, they’re a reality. In MomCon 2024, experts such as Keys School co-founder Didi Manahan, certified coaches Mocs Lopez Javier, Leah Eriguel, Chrissy Caballero, and mindfulness teacher and Virago Soul’s Thea Arvisu will gather and dive deeper into the new sub-culture that many parents are still trying to navigate while talking about the aforementioned topics and more.

As the year ends and family gatherings are being planned, we might find ourselves looking for a crash course on how to relate to our kids and our younger relatives. Especially when there’s so much value now on body language and even information (simply because of how easy it is to access it), we find ourselves in a more complex social web than last time.
