The 2023 MEGA Ball Marries Art with Fashion

One of the biggest society and lifestyle gatherings is happening! Here’s how parents are preparing for the 2023 MEGA Ball.

High society parents are celebrating the Philippines’ Independence Day in style as they’ll be stepping into the MEGA-verse and attending the 2023 MEGA Ball. For this year, attendees will be marrying art and fashion with the 2023 MEGA Ball’s theme: Art + Fashion. And we can’t wait to see how our favorite modern parents will wow everyone!

Timeless fashion and art icons that parents grew up with

Besides introducing the new blood that is taking over the industry, many of the classics that parents grew up with will continue to show the ropes of what it takes and what it’s like to succeed in today’s demand for fashion and art.

Among the names we’re looking forward to seeing is celebrity mom Bianca Gonzalez-Intal. Bianca recently graced Modern Parenting’s 2023 Mother’s Day Cover alongside Andi Manzano-Reyes.

Sheila Romero, who was also one of Modern Parenting’s Spotlight features, will be attending with her husband: Deputy Speaker for the House of Representatives Hon. Mikee Romero. She is also the co-chair of this year’s MEGA Ball.

Celebrity dad Paolo Valenciano is stepping up to the stage as this year’s Event Director of the 2023 MEGA Ball. Instead of the usual lively celebration, the word from the organizer is that this one intends to be one with a more “relaxed and inviting ambiance.”

Conceptual artist and curator dad of two, Gary-Ross Pastrana, will be the one handling the Art Curation and Logistics to oversee that the art does what it’s meant to do in The Rigodon Ballroom and The Conservatory: captivate the attendees with its spellbinding visual storytelling.
