The Script Returns To Manila This Coming 2025!
Irish rock band The Script schedules a tour in Manila this coming 2025! Here’s what we know so far!
The band that brought “Science and Faith” and “The Man That Can’t Be Moved”, The Script, is returning to Manila this coming February 11, 2025! Bringing their Satellites World Tour live in Smart Araneta Coliseum, the band made their announcement via Wilbros Live with tickets soon to be available on TicketNet.com.ph this coming August 10, 2024. So for the rocker parents out there, get ready to reserve!
The Script: The Path of The Satellites World Tour
Based on the band’s official Instagram, they were performing in Europe and America. Their concert was in hopes of promoting their upcoming album, Satellites, which will be coming out on August 16 with two new songs — “Both Ways” and “At Your Feet.”
Besides the Philippines becoming a destination in 2025, The Script will first arrive in Australia in January. February will be the month for Asia with their first stop being Singapore on February 8, 2024.
For many fans, it may be a heartbreaking moment as The Script’s late co-founder and guitarist, Mark Sheehan (who was a dad of three), won’t be performing with the band due to losing against an unknown illness on April 14, 2023. However, an interview with The Script drummer Glen Power reveals that the concert will be “a tribute” to their bandmate.
“… we’re The Script, and now we have something to prove: that there is life and light after the darkness,” shares Power in an interview.
As to who their guest act will be for their concert in Manila, it’ll be a surprise!

The Script’s last performance in the Philippines was in 2018, held at the Mall of Asia Arena when they were doing their Freedom Child Tour Manila.
But for those who are planning to go and sing their hearts out with the band, some concertgoers from Europe and America have posted some of the songs that’ll be on their setlist. They’ll be performing some fan favorites like “The Man That Can’t Be Moved,” “Six Degrees of Separation,” “Talk You Down,” and many others.
And for parents who are big fans of The Script, it’s worth considering for an early Valentine’s Date in 2025!
