Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo share the latest update on Siargao
Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo shared that proceeds from the December videos on their YouTube account will be used to build at least 10 houses in Siargao
Andi Eigenmann and fiance Philmar Alipayo gave an update on the status of Siargao following the devastation from typhoon Odette. The couple said that thanks to the proceeds from their December videos, they are on the way to building at least 10 houses.
“I would like to thank everyone who watched our vlogs in December,” Philmar said in Bisaya. ” Because [of] those vlogs we were able to raise funds to help people in the island to get back on their feet again soon.”
“Dahil sa mga support ‘nyo sa mga videos namin nung December, we have enough to build at least 10 houses,” Andi added.

Aside from thanking their followers, Andi also thanked their friends and family as well as donations made by some celebrity moms.
Slowly rebuilding Siargao
Andi and Philmar also gave a sneak peek of the status of Siargao when Philmar returned to the island to help in rebuilding some of the houses. He also mentioned that he will be traveling to Davao to buy more supplies and have a little vacation before returning to the island.
Siargao was one of the islands badly hit by Odette in December. Aside from Siargao, Cebu, Bohol, the Dinagat Islands, Southern Leyte, and Palawan were also hit by the typhoon, which led to thousands being homeless and no electricity during Christmas.
Aside from Andi, several celebrity personalities led by Katarina Rodriguez, Kryz Uy, and Divine Lee have also been working non-stop in helping the places they call home.
