Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness And What To Expect

We’re sure our kids are at the end of their seats, waiting for Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness to finally debut after the trailer.

Marvel has always released films that are our little boys’ dreams. From superpowers, heroes, and villains, Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness is no different. Played by BBC Sherlock’s Benedict Cumberpatch, Doctor Strange finds himself playing around with the multi-verse the same way Spiderman has. With the events building up from Spiderman: No Way Home and Loki Season 1, our kids will soon see how the Sorcerer Supreme will restore order to the multiverse.

There’s a multiverse!?

Marvel’s been toying around with the idea of a multiverse for a while, especially after the WandaVision series. Their other series, Loki, also cemented that as the Trickster god was surrounded by multiple versions of himself. In the trailer of Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness, we find Doctor Strange suffering from nightmares that foretell the end of his realm. To save it, he calls upon the power of the other multiverses only to have disastrous consequences.

Joined by familiar faces

We’ll see a lot of familiar faces including Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch and an old ally turned enemy of Doctor Strange. But we’re sure our teens will also enjoy the ever-witty librarian, Wong, and find a character to identify with through America Chavez, a teen who has the ability to travel through dimensions. Marvel appears to be on the roll with the multiverse, teaching our kids that every move they make has consequences.

Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness‘ hype is real!

Marvel always made it public that the movies will come out in phases. With Loki and WandaVision teasing the multiverse, it’s no surprise that our kids will definitely want to catch Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness. We too are looking forward to the movie as it ties together many of the other Marvel movies. Time for us to block our calendars! Our trip to the multiverse starts on May 6, 2022.
