PHOTOS: Elisse Joson and Felize Slay Together On the Runway
It looks like celebrity mom-and-daughter duo Elisse Joson and Felize found a passion for fashion!
Celebrity mom and daughter duo Elisse Joson and Felize are always seen together. While it’s usually celebrating the little moments, the two are now entering the fashion world together as they graced the runway of fashion designer Julianne Syjuco. Filled with pride, Elisse posted on her Instagram a shot of her and Felize opening the show in their Julianne Syjuco creations.
“Proudest moment having my little girl walk the runway with me. Sa sobrang excited/nervous for Felize, bahala na yung sariling walk noh? Important is, she had such a happy moment doing this,” Elisse shares, overjoyed.
And Felize doesn’t look too nervous at all!
Many kids would be nervous when going on the runway or realizing that there are a lot of cameras on them. But so long as Felize knew that her mom would be walking with her, she was perfectly fine. In each photo, Felize was seen holding her mom’s hand. But, the little girl seemed like she enjoyed looking like a princess nonetheless!
And off the two went! Felize can now tell her friends when she gets older that she’s slayed on the runway at least once.
Elisse Joson: Slaying by example
It’s difficult for us to demonstrate to our daughters how to be strong and empowered when there’s not many avenues for it. But a fashion show is one way to celebrate that empowerment. Emphasizing beauty and strength even in a gown is something that our daughters may need to see. Something that Felize will hopefully remember when she grows up. She can look back on these photos and say, “If my mom can slay in a gown, so can I!”
