John Prats Remembers Proposal To Isabel Oli: “Forever Grateful To Have You By My Side”
Ten years since he got down on his knees in Eastwood, John Prats recalls the moment his wife Isabel Oli said yes to his proposal
Wedding proposals today have become very extravagant. But in 2014, John Prats pulled off one of the most memorable wedding proposals to his wife Isabel Oli in Eastwood.
On Instagram, John recalled that faithful moment when he asked Isabel to be his wife.
“Ten years ago today, I got down on one knee and asked the love of my life to spend forever with me. I still remember that moment like it was yesterday, the butterflies in my stomach, the way my heart raced, and the overwhelming joy when you said ‘yes.’ That single word changed my life in the best possible way,” he wrote.
“Since that day, we’ve built a beautiful life together, facing every challenge, celebrating every victory, and creating countless memories. I’m forever grateful to have you by my side through every high and low, always loving, supporting, and believing in me.”
John continued by thanking Isabel for being his partner, best friend, love of his life, and being the mother of his children.
“I couldn’t imagine this journey without you. I love you more than words can say, and I’m excited for all the adventures and moments we’ll continue to share. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless memories. To God be the glory! I love you, wifey.”
Isabel commented on his post by putting a heart emoji and reposted it on her Instagram stories.
Sister Camille Prats and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray also made comments on the moment.
10 years and three children
Since getting married, John and Isabel have been blessed with three children – Feather, Forest, and Freedom. Modern Parenting even got to have the Prats family during the first Modern Kitchen episode, wherein they gave an inside look into their life as a family.
Regarding about letting their kids get into showbiz, Isabel told Modern Parenting: “Kung ano gusto ng kids, just go with it,” she said. “S’yempre kailangan mo i-guide and kailangan mo din i-gauge kung saan nag-wowork.”
“May mga ibang child star like sina John na kinaya naman. Lalo ngayon na may mga modules or homeschool so mas kayang-kaya.”
John is currently busy as a director for concerts. Isabel on the other hand is part of an upcoming TV show.
