Sofia Andres Pens Heartfelt Message About Family

In a series of Instagram posts, Sofia Andres gets candid about issues in her family, most notably about marrying her partner Daniel Miranda.

Sofia Andres has never been afraid to answer issues thrown at her. The Iron Heart actress on Monday, February 20, addressed some matters when it comes to her family life. In those posts, she answered one by one several questions people have been asking her regarding the status of her relationship with her partner Daniel Miranda and even her family and siblings.

Sofia Andres: Home is where the heart is

In her first post, Sofia writes about her immediate family, starting with the quote, “Family is everything,” adding she now understands the meaning behind it. Social media was abuzz recently that she and her sister Lara had a disagreement, which seems to have been fixed.

“I’m writing this with so much love for my beautiful family. Yes, we are not perfect. There are bad days. There are misunderstandings. There are arguments. But then again, family is not about perfection. It’s about patience. It’s about compassion. It’s about forgiveness. And that, itself, is a form of unconditional love,” she wrote.

She also wrote that she would not be where she is now without the support of her family, adding that they made her a better person.

“More of it, they are my source of strength and inspiration now that I have a family of my own. It’s true. Home is where the heart is. And I’m beyond grateful for my FOREVER home.”

Sofia Andres on marrying Daniel Miranda

In another post, Sofia couldn’t help but get mushy as she described her relationship with Daniel and their daughter Zoe. Early this year, it was reported that their relationship has gone through a rocky situation when they briefly unfollowed each other on social media.

“I’m happy with what God blessed me with. In fact, it’s a gift that I can’t take for granted. Our family is not perfect. Who said it’s gonna be easy right?” she wrote.

She also addressed the non-stop question about getting married to Daniel. “Honestly, I have always felt the pressure to address that but I realized, I shouldn’t. It’s our love story to write to say the least. We are in a chapter where we learn to be patient with each other, respect each other’s freedom, and overcome challenges. It’s not an easy journey. There are tough times. There are good times. But it’s a beautiful time for us to grow with each other.”

The Zoe Essentials founder also shared that there’s more to discover about their relationship, particularly themselves. “It’s a choice to grow with each other despite the challenges. Sure, there are a lot of people who wanted us to part ways while others want us to stay together. But at the end of the day, what matters the most is that we both have that love for each other to listen to our hearts and stay together. And that makes me feel so lucky to have someone who’d be willing to work it out with me.”
