The Mom Reset: Modern Parenting Celebrates Wellness With The New Mother’s Day & Father’s Day Issue

To celebrate Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, Modern Parenting once again launches another print magazine that celebrates parents and wellness

While there are books out there teaching parents how to parent, there aren’t nearly as many that support parents in their pursuit of personal wellness. Last May 22, 2025, Modern Parenting launched their first print magazine of the year 2025 at the Upper Pavilion in SM Aura — featuring a cover of parenting duos, first-time parents Rambo Nuñez and Maja Salvador, and seasoned parents Drs. Aivee and Z Teo. The cover stars graced the event and even offered a few words of parenting wisdom to the many parents who attended.

What happened during “The Mom Reset”?

As an event dedicated to celebrating every mom’s well-being, Modern Parenting kicked off the launch with an insightful panel discussion on a rarely talked-about phase: perimenopause. Moderated by Editor-in-Chief Marga Tupaz, the panel brought together moms Marilen Elizalde, Claudine Viquiera, and Suzi Entrata-Abrera — who all opened up about navigating this often confusing stage of womanhood. Moms who stayed to listen munched on snacks from SuperSam and enjoyed drinks from Hearts & Vines and Pickup Coffee.

But there was more fun to be had! Booths from Fortima, Shark Ninja, ProAge, and Cetaphil Baby had all sorts of activities for moms to enjoy. There were product demos from Shark Ninja, flower arrangements from Fortima, personalized phone charms from ProAge, and free products from Cetaphil Baby.

And of course, what is a Modern Parenting event without a raffle? Moms who attended also had a chance to win prizes from MaryRuth’s, Ninja, SM Aura’s beauty store — LOO K At Me, The Beauty Edit, Esencia Day Spa, New Lounge, Luxasia, deluxe beauty gift packages curated by SM Aura, an overnight staycation for two at Anya Resort Tagaytay with a spa treatment at Anya’s Niyama Wellness, and the highly coveted Aivee Biolift that can be redeemed at the newly opened Aivee Skin Spa.

Parents Deserve A Wellness Day Too

Being a modern parent isn’t just about celebrating the sacrifices we make for our kids. It’s also celebrating the efforts we make to stay strong for them. We always talk about how we’re willing to do anything for them. So, to live for them falls under that bracket of “anything” too!

In every Modern Parenting magazine, there are stories of parents who wish to share the knowledge and wisdom they’ve gained over their journeys. This latest issue focuses on parents’ real stories about wellness: from moms finding their wellness formula, dads achieving enlightenment and spirituality, and even hardworking moms who brave the roads as Grab Philippines drivers. These stories exist to remind all parents—we’re not alone on this path.

As Mother’s Month and Father’s Month festivities are in full swing, it’s time to make sure that both parents are strong and ready enough to not just help their kids reach their milestones but to be present in them as well.
